The University of the Philippines.
The University of the Philippines is the only national university in the country. The main branch can be found in Quezon city, UP Diliman.
they take pride in their educational standards, and everyone knows it. Every year people from all over the Philippines gather at UP Diliman and its other branches to take the UPCAT with the hopes that they get accepted into this university.
Another thing that makes it so popular is it's campus,it buildings are surrounded by beautiful trees and statues some of priests and other made by their students in the art's courses. UP has one of the biggest campus' in Asia. UP has produced a number of very successful students who have moved on to becoming polotical figures and other successful figures. There are over 50,000 students on campus thriving to be the best. They have a wide variety of couses, everything and anything imaginable can all be found in UP which is another reason why people want to be in it so much they also have this saying "If you make it to UP, you make it everywhere." Which shows that the school takes pride in themselves which is something they have the right to do becuase UP has been at the top of it's game for the longest competing with the other universities for the top one (1) Universities in the Philippines as well as the country.
